Only your name will be displayed publicly unless you have a Gravatar account linked to your email address.

We will retain your comment and associated personal data until we remove the comment or the blog post. You can request the deletion of your comment and associated data by emailing us using the email address you provided when commenting.

3.3 Contact Forms and Email Links

When you contact us using our contact form or an email link, the data you provide will not be stored on our website or passed to third-party data processors. Instead, it will be collated into an email and sent to us securely over SMTP with TLS encryption. We will retain internet inquiries for up to 2 years, unless this is unlawful.

3.4 Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address will be forwarded to Hubspot, our third-party data processor. Your email address will also be stored in our database. We will send you periodic newsletter-style emails (up to one hundred a year). You can unsubscribe anytime using the links provided in the emails or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

3.5 Collection of Leads from US Citizens

With your explicit consent, we may collect leads from US citizens and pass them to a US adviser. We will obtain your consent through a data collection form and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for the transfer of your personal data to the United States of America.
